The company was formed two years ago by three Ex Pats from the UK. The previous activities of the three guys were firmly rooted in the construction industry and it seemed this was the way it was going to stay.

Although running a business in France is a lot harder than the UK due to the endless bureaucracy, they felt that the life style and climate was worth it and got on with the job.

The company to date has completed numerous projects and all have been successful and made a decent profit both for the investors and for Maison Magique themselves.

Current projects include the conversion of a large house in Cerbere into nine separate apartments and the conversion of a large historic property in the centre of Narbonne which will eventually consist of eight apartments and a large commercial area on the ground floor.

Future projects include the construction of thirteen village houses in a holiday complex, and numerous other conversions scheduled over the next four years.
