About Project Cerber

The existing property is a deceptively large modern house built on a hillside close to the village of Cerbere.

It enjoys excellent views over the sea and is situated on a large plot of land which has room for good sized swimming pool and plenty of parking at the bottom of the garden.

The garden runs downhill to the road below which gives access to the area where the property is situated.

Although at present the ground seems to fall away dramatically this will be advantagous when constructing the comunal pool and parking areas.

It is difficult to imagine that the house is so large when you look at the facade. It looks like a road side bungalow when in fact it has many different levels.

There is also parking space for around four vehicles on the crazy paved hard standing at the front of the property.
